Well, you have factions, which is good. I'd go for something like this:
Dragon Slash(elite), "For Great Justice!", "Save Yourselves!", Distracting Blow, Sever Artery, Gash, some utility skill like "Shields Up!", Res Sig/hard res. My warrior runs something a bit different since I have Nightfall but that ought to get you by. You don't really have to have Sever/Gash, but I <3 Deep Wound so I threw it in.

Troll post of a troll post. Cool.
TBH, Just go with a basic Dragon Slash build.

Good build for PvP, could tweak it with secondary to make it good with PvE as well, though as is it would still work.

Good PvE build. Optional slot can be filled with For Great Justice to add more adrenaline gain. Replace Lions Comfort with Healing Sig and Flail with Frenzy or any IAS, and Enraging with Sprint or Rush. Should work fine.

SY is very much Factions. Whirlwind Attack is NF.

Does require getting the Kurzick or Luxon grind in, though.
In the meantime, Watch Yourself! could be a decent substitute. The recharge can be a pain, but with a Dragon Slash build you should be able to keep it up constantly in a fight regardless
If you haven't got to Boreas yet, Quivering Blade is a decent substitute, but it won't synergise with the rest of your build like Dragon Slash does.

Getting 100k faction isn't that much of a hassle.

I would vastly prefer Cripslash over DSlash in PvP anyday

It is if you haven't even got to HzH/Cavalon yet. The OP didn't say how far (s)he's got, after all. And if you don't have an alliance to drop the faction into for double credit, it takes ten times as long as getting the 10k faction to Befriend the Kurzicks, and there were enough people complaining about that...
